What data we collect
- Contact details: first name, last name, email, phone and, if you provide it, website or profile.
- The numbers you enter in the calculator (list size, prices, conversions, renewals) and the calculated results.
- Your answers to the application quiz.
- The minimum technical data needed for the site to work, such as the country the request comes from.
Why we use it and on what basis
- Sending you the report you asked for by spinning the wheel, and assessing your application for the List Check-up: performance of a request of yours (Art. 6.1.b GDPR), with the consent you give in the form.
- Getting back to you about this request by email or phone: same basis.
- Sending you content and offers about Nurturing Attivo: only if you give the optional consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
How long
We keep the data for 24 months from the last contact, then delete it, unless the law requires otherwise or there is an ongoing working relationship.
Who processes the data on our behalf
The site and the database are run through Cloudflare, Inc., acting as data processor; the database is hosted in the European Union. Emails (reports, confirmations and replies) are sent and received through Google's Gmail. Any transfers outside the EU take place on the basis of the safeguards provided by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions). The data is never sold or passed on to third parties for marketing purposes.
Your rights
At any time you can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format and withdraw your consent, by writing to contact@dariorusignuolo.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it), or with the supervisory authority of your country.
Cookies
The site does not use profiling cookies or advertising tracking tools. Your browser stores the data you entered locally, only to pre-fill the application quiz on your device.
